Anonymous asked: Hi, I landed on your post about needing motivation. You should print out motivational quotes and pictures that you can see everyday (especially on the fridge to keep you from eating unhealthily)!! And for one week, focus on working out everyday. Do NOT weigh yourself for at least two/three weeks or you'll just be disappointed and concentrate too much on numbers vs. on how much better you FEEL! You're doing this, because you know you can be healthier, stronger, better version of yourself.
you’re absolutely right. thanks! :D
Anonymous asked: Don't give up! And don't binge eat. Experiment with different meals and healthy snacks that you can rely on when you get hungry. Stay away from high processed foods (usually anything "instant" or with a long shelf life). I, as a stranger, believe in you and hope you succeed! :) Good luck!
thanks you so much! :)

so i’ve only recently started this lifestyle change (as in 1 week and a half ago) but this is the longest i’ve ever stuck to a ‘healthy’ lifestyle. i just don’t feel like i have enough in me to push myself to where i need to be pushing. i’m doing pretty good when it comes to meals (actually probably eating better than i ever have before) but i need more motivation to workout EVERYDAY and workout way harder.
blah.
i wanna see results but i guess i just don’t wanna see them enough
:(
